*Pay Later<\/strong> \u2013 within 7 days from registration;<\/p>\n

Pay Now<\/strong> \u2013 via credit card or bank transfer. Installment payment is also available.<\/p>\n

*- If you have submitted an abstract: Please note that once the abstract results are announced, this option will no longer be available. Participants who selected this option will be required to complete the payment within 24\u201348 hours; otherwise, their registration will be cancelled.<\/em><\/p>\n

– Participants who have not submitted an abstract but choose the \u201cPay Later\u201d option must complete the payment within 7 days of registering.<\/em><\/p>\n

[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What is your cancellation policy for the registration fee?”]<\/p>\n

Cancellation policy<\/h3>\n

  1. Registration fees will only be refunded if the notice of cancellation is received by the secretariat until 1 March, 2026. The cancellation fee is \u20ac50.<\/li>\n
  2. Cancellations after 1 February 2026 and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.<\/li>\n
  3. A change of attendance is possible until the congress start.<\/li>\n
  4. There is no reason (including but not limited to illness) for registration cancellation that makes the above-mentioned deadline for cancellations inapplicable.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Any registration cancellation must be notified in writing to the Organizing Secretariat by e-mail aini@aini.it<\/a><\/p>\n

    You are allowed to nominate another person to take your registration. Please communicate the change to the secretariat at aini@aini.it<\/a>, indicating the new person\u2019s name and personal email address. All accepted refunds will be made after the congress.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”If my registration was not successful, what do I do?”]<\/p>\n

    If your registration is incomplete or if you would like to make changes or additions, you can access your account on the registration page by clicking the ‘Sign In’ button and making any necessary updates.<\/p>\n

    Please note that if you do not choose one of the payment methods (Pay Now or Book Now, Pay Later or Pay in installments), your registration will remain incomplete. You can always log in again to add your payment method, but until then, your registration will not be considered successful.<\/p>\n
