Abstract Submission Guidelines

TO SUBMIT AN ABSTRACT

You have to register to submit your abstract. The registration payment has to be done within one week of registration.

Maximum two abstracts pr. Participant.

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR ABSTRACT

In order to participate in the selection process, please submit your abstract within March 16, 2025 POSTPONED UNTIL MARCH 31

The most outstanding abstracts will have the opportunity to be presented orally during the round tables with a 10-minute talk followed by 5 minutes for questions.

SUBMISSION RULES

Please see the guidelines for writing your abstract below:

Before you begin, please prepare the following information:

  1. Title, authors, affiliation:
    • Title (Lowercase, Bold, minimum 15, maximum 300 characters)
    • Authors (first names, middle initials, and last names) separated by a comma
    • Affiliations (Institution, Town, Country)
  2. Abstract text is limited to 400 words.
  3. The abstract should be divided into sections:
    • Background
    • Methods
    • Results
    • Conclusion/Acknowledgements
  4. Only one table, graph, or figure is allowed; it should be included in one of the following formats: .pdf, .xlsx, .docx, .xls, .doc, .ods, or .odt (maximum size 6MB).
  5. Abstract topics: Please select your topic after consulting the list of topics listed below:
    -Neuroimmunology in novel contexts
    -Immune inflammation in aging and neurodegenerative disorders
    -Omics & Artificial Intelligence in Brain diseases
    -Environment
    -Brain borders
    -Auto-antibodies mediated diseases in neurology
    -Immunology of neuropsychiatric disorders
    -Neurology in general
  6. All abstracts must be submitted and presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication.
  7. Any abbreviations should be defined where first mentioned.
  8. Responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the abstract rests entirely with the authors. Accepted abstracts will be printed as submitted.
  9. Abstracts that do not adhere to the specifications mentioned above will be returned.
