When is the Congress held?

The meeting will be held from May 5th to May 8th 2025 in Turin

Do I need to be a member to participate?

You don’t need to be an AINI member to participate in the event; however, if you are a member, you will have access to reduced rates.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the followings methods:

*Pay Later – within 7 days from registration;

Pay Now – via credit card or bank transfer. Installment payment is also available.

*The participation fee must be paid within 7 days of registration, while the room rate is due within 24 hours of registering

What is your cancellation policy for the registration fee?

The following regulation applies only to the participation fee. The cancellation policy for the room ( in case you book one) is different.

Cancellation before February 28 full refund minus € 50 for the handling fee
Cancellation between February 28 and March 31  50 % refund
Cancellation after March 31, no refund

Any registration cancellation must be notified in writing to the Organizing Secretariat by e-mail aini@aini.it.

You are allowed to nominate another person to take your registration. Please communicate the change to the secretariat at aini@aini.it, indicating the new person’s name and personal email address. All accepted refunds will be made after the congress.

I need a room for the event, how can I book it?

If you’re interested in reserving a room at the Star Hotels Majestic Torino for your stay, you will have the opportunity to request it during registration. You can choose to book a room for the entire duration of the event.
Please make sure to carefully read the cancellation policy before registering.

What is your cancellation policy for the room?

The room rate is non refundable.

Any cancellation must be notified in writing to the Organizing Secretariat by e-mail aini@aini.it.

If my registration was not successful, what do I do?

If your registration is incomplete or if you would like to make changes or additions, you can access your account on the registration page by clicking the ‘Sign In’ button and making any necessary updates.

Please note that if you do not choose one of the payment methods (Pay Now or Book Now, Pay Later or Pay in installments), your registration will remain incomplete. You can always log in again to add your payment method, but until then, your registration will not be considered successful.

What are the abstract submission guidelines? And can I submit my abstract later?

You can submit your abstract even after completing your registration by logging into your account. Please note that the deadline for abstract submission is March 16th. POSTPONED TO MARCH 31

How do I apply for a Travel Grant

Travel Grant application is done during the registration process.

How do I apply for a Travel Grant if I am already registered?

Re-enter your registration by clicking on sign-in and entering your email address and the password you have received. When you are in your registration area click on the three dots on the “Registration” line

Click on edit and scroll down to the bottom of the pop-up window.

Does the venue of the congress have parking facilities?

The Star Hotels Majestic Torino does not have private parking facilities.
